Here is a simple run down of our program. Membership –Members can choose to receive a Farm Fresh Delivery order every week or every other week. There is no sign up fee, membership fee, or cancellation fee. Basically a membership to Farm Fresh Delivery is a Standing Order. Farm Fresh Delivery Bins - The menu changes each week to offer the best in seasonality and freshness. You’ll love the flexibility and ease of adjusting your order! To see a sample of our standing order options, please click on Our Products. Grocery Items – Members can add several different grocery items to their bin orders. Choose from a selection of farm fresh eggs, daily baked bread, local organic milk and more. View the Grocery Item List Skipping an order - Don’t worry about going on vacation, skipping an order can be done by email, phone or managing your own delivery schedule online. Suspensions must be turned in by Monday at noon the week of your scheduled delivery. Online Customization - Members can easily customize their fruit and vegetable bin’s contents online several days in advance of their delivery. All modifications to orders must be finalized by Monday at noon the week of delivery. You can add milk, cheese, bread, and several other grocery items to your order as well. Scheduled Delivery Day - A scheduled delivery day is assigned to each member depending on where they live. We are currently serving the Greater Indianapolis area. A Farm Fresh Delivery employee will contact you to confirm your delivery day of the week. Every other week schedules are also allowed. Businesses are welcome as drop-off locations. Tuesday – Fishers, Noblesville, Northeast Indianapolis, Geist, McCordsville, Fortville Home Delivery - Your Farm Fresh Delivery order will be delivered to your home in a mid-size reusable plastic bin. Produce items will be bagged separately and placed into grocery bags. Refrigerated grocery items will go into a reusable insulated bag. We deliver between noon and 8 PM. Business Delivery – Farm Fresh Delivery offers a healthy and convenient alternative to grocery shopping for the busy professional. Let us know if your work place is interested in Farm Fresh Delivery’s service. We offer a 5% discount to businesses that average over 5 orders a week. Bins – Your first order will come in one of our reusable plastic bins. The day of your next scheduled delivery leave the bin you received with your first delivery outside for us to pick up. Your delivery driver will give you a new bin with your next order and pick up the one previously used. This system is environmentally friendly and keeps your produce happy! There is a $15.00 deposit on Farm Fresh Delivery plastic bins and a three dollar deposit on insulated grocery bags. We will only charge your account if a bin or insulated bag is not returned or is returned damaged. E-mail Confirmations and Reminders – You can choose to get confirmations of your delivery schedule changes and order changes. You can also get reminders to put your bin out on your delivery day.
Payment – Farm Fresh Delivery accepts credit cards and debit cards as payment. Charges and invoices are applied on the same day as a member's scheduled delivery day. Create your account online or give us a ring.
